Can we get police station CCTV footage recording?
They filed a false case against me at a time when i was in police station
Under presence of CCTV.
What is the procedure to obtain?

The false 354 case filed on a date close to DEC 16 gangrape case to take benefit of the situation and they want to compromise it now and demanding property space.

Date and time not known of molestation.
509 is at a time when I was in police station under CCTV.
Local officer says cctv is only for surveillance and not recorded.
That lady is now damaging my mother image in the society so that we go for compromise under pressure. Lady has strong political influence and cops are involved.
When complained to cops, they also suggest compromise.
Please suggest, what is the legal action open because cops and lady are using 354 as a financial instrument.

Yes collected. but what is the solution for such lady who misused 354 and is now tampering our image in the locality.cops are also helpless.
what are legal options available?

file a RTI Application before PIO of that police station and get the CCTV Footage copy in CD or Pen drive & use as you think fit for your benefit.
