Validity of non-judicial stamps

Sir/Madam,
Please inform me the validity period of a Non-Judicial stamp of the face value of Rs.5/- and Rs.10/-. These are commonly used in the applications and appeals of Right To Information Act 2005.

Stamp paper is as valid as normal paper!
However in matter of RTI postal order normally used , and the validity of it is 3 months

In 2nd appeal of RTI there are no specific rule in act .some commission accept it on paper some takes stamp.and those who accept Stamp there is no time limit
