Right of a woman married before 1986

(Querist) 22 September 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A woman got married prior to 1986. Her father

wants to make settlement among the family

members and inform the daughter who got

married prior to 1986 that she cannot claim

equal rights like other family members during

settlement and only as per her fathers wish

he can give some property not equal like

other family members going to get. Pl
