Stay order or injunction order for agriculture land

Dear sir
my father has filed a partition suit one yr back,now the the court has appointed a court commissioner,even though the case is in the court,my father last brother has given the land for lease to till,the entire land is in the name of hunumappa the elder brother,the last brother mr nagappa ha given for lease to till,mr ramappa and hunumappa r aged they r helpless to stop the land,what is the best option to stop the leased land,serving the legel notice through lawyer or police complaient,or injunction order.

And also hunumappa fed up wit his last brother nagappa so he is asking for a will to all brothers sons and to his only daughter or to gift deed ,6acers land came from hunumappa father after his death,kindly advise

file an application to deposit the amount in the court and also file an application u/o 39 r 1 as not to alienate.
