Withdrawyal of amount

I have withdrawn money from my mother's account using ATM after her death and after that informed the bank about the death of my mother.,
is it punishable offence if so what will be punishment
what are the remedies for me to save myself from escaping from the punishment. I have deposited the money back in to her account as per instructions of the Bank Manager.,
kindly help me.,

Is any complaint filed against you? You have complied with the instructions of the bank manager the matter is over.

No dispute / complaint is raised by the legal heirs. You have deposited the money back.

It is upon the other legal heirs of your deceased mother to raise the complaint or not. After depositing back the withdrawn amount with the bank, the possibility seems bleak.
