Dear All,

Kindly suggest what shall i do as i have Got the FIR registered against my husband, mother inlaw and father inlaw under section 498, 406 and 120. but when we went to their home to arrest them we arrested mother inlaw and father inlaw ran.

mother inlaw spent 3 days in jail and got bail.

Now what should i do. can my father inlaw take anticipatory bail or not. what should i do to arrest him as his phone is switched off.

Please suggest fast before it is too late to take action

Yes he can apply for anticipatory bail. It is a domestic violence not a hardcore offence for which the Police would make phone tapping.

Dear Querist
if AB is avaliable in your state then he can apply for AB otherwise not.
arresting is not mandatory in these cases.
