Wheter a fresh complaint under DV Act, 2005 is maintainable after passing of ex-parte decree under section 125 of Cr.P.C.?

It may lie if you have a cause of action under the DVAct.

Domestic violence can occur any time. So compaint can be justified on any event of occurence. But that should not be for any such event on which ex-parte decree has already been passed.

There is no legal bar to file DV Act complaint even if a decree under section 125 has already been passed.

in dv case you must be seeking number of reliefs . if an act of DV has arisen complaint is maintainable
