Dear Sirs,

I had filed Company Petition in August 2012. It was under rejection for non removal of objections. My lawyer had asked for extention and it was extended by a month.

In that period my lawyer expired and i could not find a new lawyer.

Today it was listed for direction. What can i do on priority basis without help of lawyer?

You can appear in person and may pray to adjourn once more so that you may appoint a lawyer to represent your case on the next date of hearing and thereafter you should immediately fulfil your undertaking.

it was listed today and i came to know today evening... wat can be probable action or authority i should approach

Go to court and enquire it from there instead of leaving all of us guessing this or that.

There is dearth of lawyers.
Appoint another lawyer. If you are not expert in law, then handling the case in person is fraught with great risk.
