Need help in second marriage

I am a Hindu girl(28years). I am in a relation with catholic boy(30years) from last 7years. A year before his family emotionally blackmailed him and forced him to marry another catholic girl. He is not happy with her and cant accept her as a wife, we really want to marry eachother as soon as possible. But my parents will not wait till he get complete divorce. Please give me a way out so that we can get married as soon as possible. Also plz tell me approx timing required for divorce.

if his wife dosent agree for divorce it will take years for him to get divorced . he is already married man . find another man and get married . dont ruin your life by running after a already married man

I respect your suggestion. I thot of doing the same and tried but dint help out.
Please I request to solve my problem by giving some advice on the same. If she get agree for mutual and if she not is there anyother way?

YOU HAVE NO LEGAL REMEDY FOR WHAT YOU WANT.
It is almost clear that you are not amenable to any suggestion. Once immoral and illegal thought of marriage with other's husband arises it is not so easily wiped out.

Legally you can not marry him unless he gets a decree of divorce from spouse he is married with.A contested divorce always take
decades to achieve finality due to being three tier litigation,family court,high court and supreme court.Mutual consent divorce is fast track course,if both agree to adopt.
Now ball is in your court.
