If the property has to be transfered to my mother, her childrens permission is required or it can be registered in her name with out anybody's interference

Dear Barman Sir
Sorry for confusing you, this is the different property which is in my fathers name. but my fatheris no more. that is the reason i want to know can this property be transfered in my mothers name without the permission of children.
please be kind and answer this query since this is the only left over property so if the property transfered to my mother with out childrens permission, so that she can avoid giving share to my brother who is already enjoying the given property

Dear Mr. Nagaraj,
Whether one property or several property, whether the same property or different property, the law is the same.
You presented a problem earlier saying that the property was in the name of your father, who died without leaving any will. You wanted to know how to transfer the said property in the name of your mother, especially when your father had left a daughter and three sons.
For this, experts have already provided the answer.
What more do you want?
Please do not try to put the same questions under different heading in different threads. By posting queries in such a manner, please do not thing that you will get an answer which is to your liking!
Better stop this sort of abuse of this LCI website.

After demise of your father, you mother, you all brothers and sisters have equal shares in all the properties left by your father and if the same is to be released entirely in favour of your mother then all other co-owners are required to release their shares in favour of your mother by way of a registered release deed.
