Legal notice

if any lawyer send notice to anybody by hearding problem of his client. then are we say that the notice send by lawyer is leagle notice. and what are the rights to lawyer to take action if that person not received the notice and if he received the notice.
please send your answer.

Lawyer's notice is not necessary in every cases,it is a pre-litigation caution to the opp.party.

Legal notice generally contains the hint of future action, if no action by recipient is taken on the matter within the given time. Legal notice in many matters is mandatory and in many others it is obligatory/voluntary but definitely it gives a chance to the respondent to avoid the litigation.
