Booking of fsi

Dear Sirs, in our redeveloped society we can read on approved plan of corporation that 2.399 FSI has been used. Now, we have heard that authority has passed 2.5 FSI for our society. We committee members have doubt that developer will use this additional balance 0.10 FSI. Can society make sure that this additional 0.10 FSI remains in power of society? how to book this FSI in name of society. I have read on net the any additional FSI first preference remains with society but developer can use it for his other projects. Our architect is also involved with developer & not helping us. We have written letter to him asking for necessary docs but he is not helping us.

Thats the problem sir, our architect is in favor of developer & is not helping us. From start of construction work till date he has never came to meet us or write us. We asked him for plans, permission docs etc in writing but he is least bothered to reply to us. Where can we make complain of architect? so that he take us seriously.

Architect cannot be replaced so easily. You shall have to pass a resolution of your society citing the valid reasons against him and then shall have to givea notice to him and should have to invite his objections and then shall have to take final decision.
