Revise plan or rectification deed

Dear Experts
I have purchased a flat in 4 floor building in Ulwe. According to brochure print builder has registered flats in same building. but there is difference in flat numbering with respect to approved cidco blue plan.
There are 4 flats which are numbered and registered as 104,204,304,404 in each floor instead of 103,203,303,403 respectively. There are only 3 flats on each floor.
Shall every flat owner go for rectification deed or builder need to have a revised blue plan according to present situation ?

if flat numbers dont tally rectification deed is necessary

Only builder need to get it rectified and you are advised to purchase the property only if desired rectification in the registered documents has been performed otherwise you shall be sufferer.
