In Non Injury case of 498a, what is the chance of getting bail for family members?
Will they get bail on same day?
For Husband I know it is a different scenario.

what are the alleagtions made in FIR?

court considers the serousness of allegations before passing any orders . where is the streedhan of the bride?

Allegations are : 498a,323,504 3/4 dpa

Stridhan partly with us ready to give that and partly with her.

In 498A bail will be granted normally

You basic query is vague.

Please clarify :-

(i) What do you understand by injury
(ii) What do you understand by stridhan.

in reply to question by Mr Sethi you did nto disclose the alegation but merely stated thesection under which FIR is filed.

reply based on such inputs may nto be really useful.
