How can arrest be avoided?

(Querist) 23 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
we have been given Anticipatory bail by session court U/S 498-A/406 for the period of 2 months with direction that we have to apply for regular bail before trial court
But trial court decline to provide us regular bail.
In that condition, whether the session court or High Court can provide us regular bail?
Sanjeev (Expert) 23 September 2012
if the bail is rejected by the trial court then you need to apply for Bail before the sessions court most likely Sessions court would grant the bail if not granted then the bail application needs to be made before the High court.

approach high court if bail is rejected.
