Whether permission in form of i.a to be sought prior to filing rejoinder affidavit

(Querist) 17 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
In one case SLP filed before Supreme Court...my matter has been admitted d issued notices to the respondent and the Ld counsel of the respondent file the counter affidavit and in response to counter affidavit, I want to file the rejoinder affidavit before the Hon'ble Bench
Kindly guide whether I should Interlocutory Application (I.A) and seek the permission to file the rejoinder affidavit
OR
Straight away file the rejoinder affidavit without moving any application?
OR
I should file the I.A along with rejoinder affidavit in the same paper book

You need not file any IA. You can seek verbal liberty to file rejoinder when the matter would be taken up in coming date.
