Quash petition u/sec 420 cr.p.c.

(Querist) 28 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

My sister's family attempted to murder me after that they filed forged unrelinquishment deed in the civil as well as criminal filing the same papers. In criminal I have been charged under section 420 cr.p.c. and 418 cr.p.c. R/W 120B. The complaint is based only on interested and hired witnesses neither I have received any money for the alleged relinquishent deed nor executed any document. She filed the docket order of the civil court pending for consideration but not marked. In such situation what are the chances to go for quash petition against the criminal complaint filed against me under section 420 Cr.P.C. Can the High Court quash the criminal case basing on fabricated documents and witnesses.

Please advise accordingly and kindly oblige.

Thanking you,

May or may not. However nothing wrong in taking the chance.

If the document is forged one why did not you filed FIR of forgery against them.It seems to be impersonated on the basis of your story. Is it registered one?
