court imposed fine for not filing w/s and also when exparte proceedings were set aside at my request. since i didnot appear afterward court has issued exparte decree against me. now i intend to move application for setting it aside will non deposit of cost affect my right to get exparte decree set aside

At the time of setting aside of decree the court is likely to impose cost again, may be more than earlier occacssion.

yes, non-deposition of the cost can be effect on your application and it is the discretion of the court. the opposite party may be object with this point.
