Dear sir, i have filed partition case in chennai it is in stage of trail (plaintiff crossing over ) at this stage i have to submit additional document which i have xerox copies can i file now and my written statement is weak i have to file written statement also can i file it now please help me in this regard and further can i present the xerox copies of the document at the time of defendant crossing please help me in this regard thanking you padmanaba

You can apply for recalling of the witness(yourself) for the purpose of formal proof of certain documents which came to your hand later on.
If the courts finds documents are necessary for the just decision of the court then you would be allowed for re examination on recall.
