Tremendous mental torcher from wife

(Querist) 22 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
yesterday.... my wife alongwith her 10-12 relatives & parents came to my house.....started their usual mental torcher...

inspite of knowing the fact that my parents are sick ( especially my father had recent paralysis attach & angeography ).. they purposefully came disturb us further more.

on the top of it, my wife was asking me leave my parents & stay with here seperately.... when i denied & asked her & her relatives to get out of my house, her brother & her father threatened to kill me....they were forcefully trying to stay in my house & were not willing to leave.... rather my wife finally told me also to leave....

now, i am the legal owner of this house which is still mortgaged to HDFC Bank towards home loan..... what legal rights i have to make sure that my wife can not stay a single day in my house??????

your wife have full rights to stay at your home as per eye of law, if their relatives gives trouble you can warn to them or make police complaint with proof.

You have two threads on same issue. This way you deprive the experts of full facts.

You may be the owner of the house but she is wife of owner. Present orders are that even on divorce she can claim share of the house.

It appears that she is not willing to divorce and simply wants to stay separate of your parents. What is the background of the same. How the things have gone so wrong.

if that is the case then i have one final remedy with me:-

i have decided to execute my legally enforceable Will duly registered with sub-registrar in which i will specifically mention not to give singly rupee to my wife & on my death, all my properties ( res. houses, bank balance etc ) to be sold distributed to the benefiticieries mentioned in my will.

at least my doing this, i can throw that bitch out my house, my life & also my afterlife......

i have decided to execute my will in next couple of days & then I will end my life to get this great escape.....

Who says that wife can stay in the home by force without any court order.

You can always agree to give rental for similar property.
