Phone call recordings

Are all phone call recordings made by customers available with the mobile network companies and be asked for by court as evidence ?

Phone companies don't record any conversations and hence it is of no use trying to get it.

you can get information from TRAI which is available them in material form and which is not forbidden under section 8.

Private phone Cos are not covered under RTI
