1. kindly tell me about the validity of a leave and license agreement in UP.
2. I want to get my leave and license registered what are the charges and precedure to get it done

1. Leave and license agreements are valid.

2. The agreement is required to be registered after paying the applicable stamp duty. The stamp duty depends upon the deposit amount, rent, period of agreement etc.
