Raja,
you said"

WHY MARRIED MY WIFE, SHOULD HAVE MARRIED SOMEONE ELSE!!From date of my marriage I was living with my wife along with her parents(Now I am not staying with my wife).OK EQUAL RIGHTS
when I asked to my wife for separate residence she refused to come with me and her parents also not allowed for separate residence. I feel that I have lost my privacy, independency and right to express my views in the midst of the other 2 persons and living like a slave being in the joint family. Can you please suggest me what necessary action I Should do?

Now Mr. Software engineer, why you insist, only wife must lve with husband?? you got readymade wife, you said you married only your wife, u got fully furnished home, yu cannot be asked residence in shared household in d v act. your parents cannot be jailed for 498 she annot claim maintenance.
how lucky you are!!
They are slave, why you. it is just thinking , no fact,
do you have to clean dirty utensil or wash linen in that house?? Who wash your clothes?? Who cook for you?? Who is slave?? They or You??
Are Raja, tu Raja hi hai, Gulam to vo log hai bichare~.

No person can be forced to stay in particular manner.
In your case your wife is not going to stay with you separately. Though provisions of law is there like section 9 of HMA, you can hardly help since you have already passed couple of years as a 'Ghar Jamai'.

It is indeed ' late feeling'.

And Raja, IF THEY REFUSE? CAN YOU FORCE THEM ??

There are no Relevant Acts and Rules to my knowledge, , If any of Expert help you, You are Lucky.

we really do not have laws to sooth our emotions, these things can be addressed by one owns attitude, once you have submitted to their jurisdiction by cowing down THEN REMAIN JAVAYEE RAJA but now do not try to be a lion.TAKE EACH OF EARLIER WORDS WITH GREAT SENSE.

did you not raise this query earlier? we had answered similar query few days back . for 2 years you agree d to be a ghar jamai and now your wife will naturally not lile to leave the comfort of her parents home .

in any case you cna buy a flat near her parents place or in same society . she may agree to stay with you under such circumstances
