i have a house and some oneelse isresiding at my place without my consent..so i want to sue him..under which section of IPC i can sue him..tell m specifically on criminal trespass..

if without and written consent stay in your premises its offence, so you may lodge the complaint immediately with police they will take care of the section and all.

You can file a Complaint against tresspasser for criminal trasspassing under section 441-448 IPC

The author had not informed about any delay or any time.

You can make a police complaint for trespassing.

You better file a civil suit for eviction of licensee as suit for eviction of a trespasser may require court fees on the value of the suit property at least in WB.
