Recant my chall members are doing one adhoc committee.She is right way for showl
ving all problems.What adhock committee rights?.
What adhoc committee have any rigths for mention.Comam aria mention (means like that coman toilet repairer and drainage line also keep clean aria whithout landlord / owner permission )
ad hock committee are favor in all chall members .

since landlord cant evict old tenants easily the repairs suffer as rents are kept artifically low . the only soluton sfor tennats to carry on repairrs by forming an association or committee .
advisable to keep landlord informed of the repairs being done . landlord wotn object as he is in no position to carry out major repairs

Adhoc committee can perform all act as are performed by a duly constituted committee. it is adhoc because elections may take place and a constitutional committee may take charge from this committee.

Have you all formed any committee and got that registered,if not then,it is a moral but not legal arrangement.

In the case of chawls generally tenants form Tenants welfare Society and register it under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. This registration confers on the association a legal status and the Committee can represent all the tenants in fighting to solve any kind of common grievance.
