Earning my religious rights in a temple situated in reserve forest

velliangiri - is a 7 hill trek -situated in western ghats, near coimbatore in forest area. though government given right of pathway for devotees to go to hill top and dharshan , and do their religious rituals, since 2010 forest department stopping us and asking us to go only in the festival season- kindly guide us how to get our religious rights

when state govt has issued a notification under section 20 of foret act then such are a shall be declared a reseved forest
23. No right acquired over reserved forest, except as here provided.�No right of any description shall be acquired in or over a reserved forest except by succession or under a grant or contract in writing made by or on behalf of the Government or some person in whom such right was vested when the notification under section 20 was issued. under the circumstances you cannot have religious rights to visit velliangiri unless permitted by forest department

You need to challenge the notification issued by State of TN before High Court at Chennai. High Court is the only authority in the given matter to carve out a reasonable solution to this practical problem.
