which court should caveat neccessarily be filed.is there any specific mention in cpc that certain courts are not allowed to entertain caveat?

In an answer to your earlier post i have posted the very text of the section 148A CPC that deals the matter ,you are advised to read the same.Let us be clear by funda a provision contained in CPC shall not apply to any criminal proceedings.
