Court fee.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 07 August 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Court fee will have to be paid in civil case only not in criminal.

Court fee is applicable to court matters only & not to tribunal or any other authority’s?

Query: under which act this above things are mentioned whether the abovementioned are right if yes then pls any case law which has elaborate the above issue requesting to provide me in this forum.

BOMBAY Court Fees Act 1959 contains detailed prvisions as to court fees payable in civil cases .

even for filing appeals before tribunals court fees are payableFOR INSTANCE FOR FILING CASES BEFORE CESTAT , DRT , ETC

Expert ajay sethi is right/for civil cases enact ment is there in every state and in cases of special jurisdiction RULES ARE FRAMED THERE FOR.
