I think your graduation is a legal one.. As per your statement, your job for your tenth, plus two qualification only. Then nothing to worry. But whats about your attendance for your job, on your exams days?

If its mean your graduation is legal one. You didn't commit any cheat since you appeared on your exams with sanctioned medical leave. Some of the people will do their personal work on duty. So only i asked you.

The question is not whether your degree is legal one or not. Your degree of B.Tech of course is valid.

BUT, taking leave on medical ground and appearing in the exam is wrong in so far as the employee conduct while in service is concerned. That may lead you to some problem, if some one takes note of that. Had you taken leave for the purpose of taking B.Tech exam, that would have served the purpose of intimation at least to the leave sanctioning authority, if not the recruiting authority.

In fact, to avoid any misconduct in service, you were required to intimate the department and also to take permission of the competent authority to appear in the B.Tech exam. Nobody would have objected to that, as that was merely a formality.

However, that is a misconduct that would attract minor penalty.

Now, it will be safe for you to get your qualification duly noticed by the authorities to make a copy of the degree available to the Personnel or Adminstration Unit, which maintains your personal file to keep a copy on record. You may also get the entry of your additional qualification made in to your service book, by submission of an attested copy of your degree to the unit that maintains your service book.

Don't conceal that any more. Any delay would be detrimental to your own interest.
