full n final settlement not recd

sir,
i resigned from duroshox on 16/3/11 as a hr mgr.till dt.mr anshul goel/ex.dir.is harassing me by not settling my full n final settlements inspite many emails send as CMD/Mr.anil goel has given clear instructions for settlement still mr.anshul goel is prolonging the matter for reasons best known to him.kindly advise how will i get my 46 days payment pending with duroshox at earliest.

send him a legal notice and even then company is not ready to settle file a suit for declaration and recovery

Alternatively you can file a criminal for criminal breach of trust to exert maximum pressure.
Otherwise suit for recovery of money is a good option.

at the moment serve the company with a legal notice and if the purpose is not solved then look for litigation.

take help of some local lawyer for proper notice.

Yes. Agree with experts. First you have to issue a legal notice to your served company for claim your 46 days salary. Without notice you can't file any suit or criminal cases against them..
