My Husband left home 3 months back and appealed for divorce in court on grounds of cruelty against hin and his parents .As i didnt wanted divorce and wanted my husband to come back ,i went to woman cell and asked them for help.Though he has visted there twice ,he has repeated the same thing in front of sub-inspector as well as counseller that we doesnt want to stay with me any longer,how counseller at woman cell has called his parents for counselling but i know that his parents donot want us to stay together ,what should i do ...should i go to woman cell or stay away???

First you should try to get faith of your husband.

you can give proper reply in the court also....the courts are also duty bound to resolve the matter amicably first....

grant of divorce is not a priority for a court...dont be depressed...if your husband is adamant before Women Cell then its better to take help of friends and relatives...police or women cell are not good options for peaceful solution...these are rather instruments of threat...

But actually we have tried already to seek help of relatives and frineds but he is hellbent as accordin to him he cannot leave his parents for me and his parents donot like me and thats why he has filed divorce case because his parents wanted the same...

Unfortunately if your husband is not ready then you can only defeat him in his suit for divorce but not reunite with him. That can happen only through the intervention of third persons, the court or the lawyers.

madam nancy there are many option in law,which are made for the person like your husband and for your in laws, you can choose any one and can teach a lesson to them. Forget about divorce, there is no ground for divorce, if you want to live with your husband no body can stop you.
