I am really astonished and agonised to observe that all experts and lawyers actively interacting through the lawyersclubindia web site keeping mum over two important aspects.
I have been observing that whenever new topics/objections are raised on payment of huge amounts as maintanance to the erring wife, punishment to the erring wife, whimsical behaviours of the Family Court Judges (who have always been pro-women and against the innocent husbands)etc they are left unanswered/vaguely answered/ignored.
Some of the MOST INTELLIGENT ADVOCATES AND EXPERTS act like saddists with ironical and sarcastic replies.
There are also experts and lawyers who want to make their presence felt by just positng replies like "same as abovve", " I too agree", " I support....." etc.
WHAT A RIDICULOUS AND TRAGIC HAPPENING INDEED?
Now I am sure that because of such Experts and Lawyers(most of the the time liers) that a burning problem is growing like congress grass. A pitiable situation really.

You have posted this in forum also., and I have replied there.
You have liberty to shout against any body on this site , is it not enough.

Shouting against the experts and lawyers is not sufficient. Why don't you challenge the act in the supreme court.

I do agree with the remarks made by the Anonymous But there is someting which prevents to made reverse comments against the system as you put law on one side there are some social maladies as the objective of the law is to give protection but misusers tamper it on way
Majority of the advocates also reluctant to speak because of gender basis
The legislature should also made certain safeguards in order to prevent its abuse
and so is the Judicairy
When the supreme Court has remarked as terror law then the executive come into force and made safegaurds of the 498A

The remark of the author is really disdainful and I protest such remark to the best of capacity.
The author seems to be angry-though his right to do so is not understanable only because the experts did not agree his views with him. If he thinks that something is rotten there then he could go to any place and does anything he likes. But this type of comment in this Forum should not only be discuraged but also debarred from getting it posted.

The anonymous author should know that this is an interactive forum and not a dispute resolving forum. When experts say that they agree with the views of another expert, it should be understood that the expert concerned has thought over the matter and finds that the view already expressed is correcrt. What is wrong if the expert says that he agrees with the view or supports it. This expression of views by different experts should assure the quersit about the correct position under law. It is unfortunate that the Anonymous author has used very insulting remarks against the experts who are participating in this forum sparing their valuable professional time. Pl do not forget many querists have profusely thanked the experts.If u have any grievance against any order passed by a family court, why u are not challenging it in appeal instead of expressing your anger against the experts here?

It is ironical that you are seeking opinion from people whom you are branding as liers. It is our misfortune that these kinds of posts are allowed in this experts zone. Nobody understands the time and energy spent on preparing for and replying the queries posted in this area. This kind of posts,if encouraged,would bring down the enthusiasm of experts,who are doing it as a service to the society.

I will just give a story for predictment of the questioner .
There were two deciples, they went to master.
One asked whether he can smoke in prayer time ,the master said no.
Other asked whether he can smoke while praying. The master said yes.No harm.
The situation is same but answers and actions are defferent .
So this is the defference an expert advocate does in court rooms which is never possible by seeking free advice on sites like this.

I made mistake in the above reply.
The first asked whether he can smoke while praying, the answer was NO.
The second asked whether he can pray while smoking , the answer was yes.
NOW THERE IS NOT MUCH DEFFERENCE IN BOTH STORIES BUT RESULT IS YES AND NO.
YOU WILL BE APPRECIATE ONLY WHEN YOU READ AGAIN AND AGAIN.
People do such mistakes and than blame laws, rules , advocates and Judges also.So trying to find solutions on free sites like this can not solve the problems.
Law , procedures and known to every body still why cases are lost or won. Just because an expert advocate will do hard work to take advantage of mistakes of others which happen without exception.
