Hi,
If there are more than 90 complainant and they want to file a joint criminal complaint against single accused. Can they so? If yes please provide the relevant provision of Cr.pc.

All of them should form a association, let it get registered. Then make a complaint on behalf of the association.

No. It is not permissble.The judgment of the Delhi High court is on a totally different point of law. It is a case of joint trial of several criminal cases filed separately between the same parties. it will not be applicable to this situation.There is nothing known to criminal jurisprudence as joinder of causes of action. The supreme court of india has laid down clearly that even in the case of an individual,he has to file separate complaints for each and every cheque dishonoured and deprecated the practice of filing a joint complaint for all the cheques.
