i want a information regarding the transfer issue. i have transfered form pune to lonavla. i want to go back to my parent lab. what is the procedure as per central goverment rule.

Make a representation setting out your difficulties in continuing in Lonavala to your Head of the Department.

Transfer of an employee is the right of management and it can not be question unless it is malafide or amounts to victimization. Normally courts not interferes with the transfer orders. To retransfer to your earlier place is the mercy of your employer, you may make representation stating therein your difficulties and request for re-transfer. hope your employer will consider your grievances.

Please present an application for transfer to your superiors. You should give reasons for your transfer. If it is on medical grounds the transfer will be made immediately. For the other grounds, it is the discretion of the authorities.
