succession of property

(Querist) 04 October 2010 This query is : Resolved 
sir, a hindu female self aquired land died leaving three daughter,&husband, then husband re married to wife younger sister,and gave seven child, mean time three daughte sold there 3/4share to third party, then father died,now who is entitled to succed the 1/4 share of hus band which was inherited from wifes self aquired land,please advise&if possible give reference
withregards to all experts

Once the property is partitioned then, the property that came to the share of the husband shall devolve to his class I heirs after his death. In this case the property shall be equally divided amongst his present wife, her children and the 3 daughters from the previous marriage.
