inam 3 land sale

our family have 3.5 accers Devstan inam class- (iii) aggri land now we want to sale this land but some people say this is not possibal,but some people say if you pay Najrana(fees) to Goverment Govement give the permission this correct or no please guide.

Verify the documents.Your alienation right shall be depends upon the agreements in the document.

You have to look carefully the documents at the time of possession of land.Probably you can not send.
