what should be proved or what material should be placed before the court for obtainig permission of sale of minor's property ?Before passing such order what aspect court considers?

A contract with minor is absolutely void as per Indian Contract Act. But a contract of sale of property with mionr can be possible with the help of the minor's guradian. The Guardian should prove that such sale of minor's property is for the benefit such minor.
