what penal provision will attract

My client after after 10 years of marriage now came to know that her husband already married earlier and suppressed this fact to her and her family members.Now he regularly tortured physically and mentally. I want to initiate complaint case against her husband....my questions is what are offences attracted and what other remedy ?

Have you done your homework before posting this query, if not read Section 17 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (if your client is Hindu, which you have concealed) .
If the case fulfills ingredients of Section 494 IPC and you have adequate evidence, file a criminal complaint.
Seek guidance from a local senior lawyer as this platform must not be used to teach you law so that you can earn fees from your client at the cost of intellectual proprietary of experts who are doing social service to help out needy litigants.

The OP might have engaged a counsel specializing in Family matters.
If you are not proficient in such matters, keep a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters with you.
If the client has posed her confidence in you and you have accepted the case then she and you would want to win the case.
