Registration of firm, maharashtra

After submitting all the documents for registration of the firm online and sending the hard copy through courier, when checked online the scrutiny status is "Acknowledged" and received the Form Payment Receipt, how and by when do we receive the acknowledgment slip?

Inherited property

Dear sir
Nashik Pune railway is going from my farm which is inherited property and so it will be acquired compulsorily.my father is saying that he will not give me the share in compensation,what can I do to avoid this kind of wrong thing happening with me.....

Notice to the tenant to evict the apartment

My tenant’s agreement is expiring on July 31st, 2021. I want to send him notice by giving him 30 days notice to vacate the apartment as I need the apartment for my own occupation. His rent is also outstanding for more than 3 months now. Kindly let me know what can be done.

Notice/intimation

As per registered WILL of the father in respect to immovable property either of the two beneficiary who have equal share , can sell his 50% to a third party.if one refuses to buy co share holders share.by giving notice ,as mentioned in the WILL.
Query can a simple notice be sent to the co onwer intimating sale of share to third party through a email .Note there is no mention of word like Legal notice through lawyer.kindly advice.

Company did not paid full bonus amount

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have resigned from my firm, and during the final settlement they only given 15% of written amount in my appraisal letter . During the exit also they confirmed me that full written amount will be given.

Now what I need to do pls sugggest?

Noc for llb while doing job

I am a government servant currently working in indian railway. I had applied for for NOC to persue llb but my supervisor is constantly stating that permission cannot be given for regular course of study. The higher authority will reject your request. I have got an OM of GOI decision that employee can do regular course of study by joining the institute in THEIR LEISURE HOURS.
Can I get permission from railway to attend college and persue my llb while doing job concurrently? Is there any rule regarding this matter?

Dear sir,

please suggest ESBTR Valid or not if Consideration amount is excess mentioned in ESBTR against actual documents value.

for example documents value is 4.50 cr and mentioned in esbtr 10 cr.

Amended hindu succession act 2005

In the Amended Hindu Succession Act – 2005, what is the right of the grandchildren through the daughter if the daughter dies before receiving her share in her father’s property? This is not academic question but real situation. The daughter’s marriage was conducted grandly and the daughter is well settled but the son is did not get married and is struggling for his livelihood without job. Before the matter being taken up to the court, it is preferred to settle the matter amicably out of court without doing any injustice to anybody.

Pagdi landlord damanding eviction on basis of non occupancy

We have a pagdi house in Mumbai which is where we were staying all our life from my grandrparents till now. (approx 1940 - till last year)

Due to excessive corona infection we shifted to a different house last year.

Now the landlord has called saying because no one is staying, I am raking this house.

We have paid all maintenance and have the receipts till now.

He says he will send a legal notice.

Can you please advise on what grounds can the legal notice be sent?

Or what route should be taken as a tenant in pagdi system
