Seeking suggestions for a case under section 307 ipc

A year ago a false case of attempt to murder was lodged against me under section 307 . I applied for anticipatory bail to district judge court and was granted. After that in this one year there was no proceeding in the case. The police have not filled the chargesheet yet or never interrogated me. I know I’m not guilty and want completion of judgement as soon as possible. What should I do know?

Illegal factory operating in residential area

Hello respected members

There is a feed factory operating at the back of my house, this is an residential area . I have filed complaints against this in august 2020 to municipal commissnr ofce, then i again sent reminder in october 2020, but of no use, Then i filed complaint to Deputy of area , which resulted in an police enquiry .
Police have recorded statements of few people who are not party to this. A house has 4 sides one side being the road or streeet , in this case the plots on the right and left side of this plot are rented , the families living their have no problem as they are also working in some other units of the same factory owner, the family living just in front of this factory is on other side of road is also against this factory but police has not recorded their statement and hence by selectively recording the statement the police has dismissed my complaint.
i have also complaint against this factory in CM window which is pending since january 2021.what can i do now? please guide me,

Goods service tax

Sir,

Ours is a small scale testing laboratory set up by unemployed graduate Brothers in Visakhapatnam District. Recently, we were awarded Annual Maintenance Contract work by Central Govt. Institute.

That as per NIT Document, the Price Bid Format wherein it was indicated " DO NOT QUOTE THE RATES HERE TO BE QUOTED ONLINE IN CPP PORTAL " . In the Technical Bid Schedule it was mentioned as follows:

Sl. Item description Quantity Units Rate inclusive Total Amt.inlcusive of Total Amount
of all taxes all taxes in words

As per Item Rate BOQ it was mentioned as:

Sl. Item description Quantity Units Estimated Basic Rate in Total Amt. Total Amount in
Rate in Rs. figures to be entered without words,
by bidder. taxes. Rs.

The learned Counsel may kindly be noted that on the basis of BOQ we have quoted most competitive price through e-procurement portal. On evaluation, we were awarded the AMC Contract and executed Service Agreement. Now, against submission of First Quarterly Bill receivable from the Employer, referring the "Specimen Schedule of Technical Bid" wherein we were agreed to Rate Quoted was "inclusive of Taxes" and directed submission of Revised Invoice by deleting the GST component from the Invoice submitted for.

In conclusion, it is humbly requested that ours being an unemployed Graduate brothers established Small Micro Laboratory (MSME) running on shoe-string budget and pulling the cart with great effort to stay in the market, Learned Counsel may kindly be help us with suitable guidelines to come across during this pandemic situation.

Optimistically looking forward direction to face ongoing scenario.

Thanking you Sir,

Sincerely, yours,

DSA Rao

Levy of society maintenance charges on per flat basis

Dear All, I am the owner of a flat in Thane (Maharashtra) whereby the co-operative society is not registered yet. From past 2 year the builder was maintaining the society with tanker water charges. I had paid the 2 years advance maintenance to the builder at the time of possession. Now the builder is backing off and telling us to form the Resident welfare association(RWA) and run the society on our own. Now we have formed the RWA and there have arise disputed regarding maintenance charges to be charged from each flat owner. Our building consist of both 1BHK and 2BHK flats. As per our discussion the builder has asked us to maintain only three things i.e 1. Tanker Water supply service 2. Housekeeping 3. Security and remaining thing such as LIft repair, Building repairs, other repairs will be handled by builder. Now the issue is that these 3 services will be used equally by all the members of 1 BHK and 2 BHK and all have same water inlets in their flat. Now majority of the members of 1 BHK are asking to follow per sq.ft rate of 3.75 for the above 3 services. My question is that is the above stance legal, as all the above services will be used equally by all the members irrespective of Flat size. Can we follow the method of per flat and divide the total expenses of above 3 services 1. Tanker Water supply service 2. Housekeeping 3. Security equally as per number of flats???? Please suggest the same as per legal point of view and actual practice. Thank

Property of deceased

Dear Sir /Mam

My mother left a registered Will in tamil nadu ,coimbatore

I have 3 brothers and Im the only daughter ,the registered will states that her flat is for me and one of my brother

but however the brother who i share the flat with is meak ,The other two have teamed up and called us there in pretext of opening her wardrobe and took out another will which is not registered only notarised ,For the jewels its mentioned that it would be divided equally to all but the bank locker that is mentioned doesnt exist ,it is in another bank

FD also mentions 50% to me and another brother but nominee is different

the notarised will has these :

it also has a wrong bank name for the locker  ,i guess that was done intentionally

rest all assets equally to all

post that they have withdrawn the FD as to the nominee and jewels have been withdrawn by the nominee

now for the flat they had filed an injuction in the court for which we had replied that there is registered will

post that they havve made calls to us for negotiation on percentage and says we will givve 35 % ...and asking for our documents for legal heir certificate which we have not given ,we told them we will come from bombay and you all  settle us in one go ,give us DD /our share and settle us and we will sign any document u want .Sir my question is how do we legalise this ? how do we ensure we get the money first ,Since one of the brothers deals into disputed properties &they stay local there they want to play games with us ,Please help !

Taxability of foreign pension recieved by rnor

I have a doubt. Suppose Mr.X , a resident but non ordinary resident, receives his superannuation pension income from Australia after deduction of tax by Australian govt. at the rate 35% . The pension income is deposited by the govt. directly in Mr. X's A/C in a Bank say IDBI Bank in India and it is not deposited in any bank account in Australia. The pension income accrues and arises from Australia. My doubt is that whether the pension income credited to Mr.X's bank account in India is taxable in India as income of RNOR received or deemed to be received in India???? Also please give relevant IT sections and case laws if possible...Since the RNOR is not having any bank account in australia, it is deposited in his account in India. So can any relief be claimed for the same?????? One more Kind request...Pls give me the applicable sections and case laws too if possible to justify ur answer..It will help me to an great extent
