Seeking suggestions for a case under section 307 ipc

A year ago a false case of attempt to murder was lodged against me under section 307 . I applied for anticipatory bail to district judge court and was granted. After that in this one year there was no proceeding in the case. The police have not filled the chargesheet yet or never interrogated me. I know I’m not guilty and want completion of judgement as soon as possible. What should I do know?

The IO will take his own time to file final report / charge sheet for further proceeding of the case, which can not be expedited.

Due to the current pandemic and lockdown situation no courts are taking up the ordinary cases for hearing or trial, hence you may have to wait for some more time for the courts to restore normalcy after which you can file a petition before concerned court to direct the police to file the charge sheet expeditiously and for speedy disposal of the case.

May be the Police would have found, after investigation, the charges are false. You need not obsessed with the matter until and unless you are summoned by the Court or the Police.
