Legal term

Respected sir,

I asked for full form of P.F. and D.M.in the legal term.

Sir, in my case this is used in HMA.
" No other issue arises nor has been pressed or claimed by the parties. P.F. , D.M. and list of witne4ss etc. be filed within 14 days. Now , to come up on 20.5.09
for evidence of the petitioner"

The said order was passed by ADJ, Fbd on 16.3.09,the petitioner has not submitted the evidances till date, in other words she is not attending the court intentionally.

What further action is to be advised.

With kind regards

Advice reqd on ex-parte divorce vs mutual consent divorce

Hi, I require some advice on which divorce petition might be better suited for my daughter's circumstance. We want to obtain a divorce as soon as possible. We believe the spouse will not have an objection as he knows he is in the wrong. There is no
property, possessions or children to divide. A divorce by Mutual Consent is an option. However this entails a minimum 6 month waiting period which may go upto 18 months. As they have already been living apart for about 2 years, this is again an
unnecessary prolonging of the procedure. Hence, the next option is an Ex-Parte divorce. If we file for divorce and send it to the spouse's address, if he willingly does not respond to the court summons, will the divorce be granted sooner? In short, which method should we opt for to obtain a divorce at the earliest, especially as both parties agree to the divorce and have no settlements to claim of the other. (Both parties are Keralite Christians.)Please advice.

Stilt garage repair s to be done by society as per bye laws?

There are 3 type of members in our bldg
1. members with Open Paking space
2. members with Stilt Garage
3. Members with no car

first charges
1. All three type of members will pay for total ground

second charges
1. Member with open parking space will not bear any additional cost

2. Member with garage will have to pay for new flooring and ceiling repair cost

3. Member with no car will not bear any cost

Building repair work is going on, few members have objected that
stilit garage owner must Pay proportionate to their area of flooring done in their garage and for open parking space, society will bear the cost

Now what can be the ruling,

Should stilt garage owner should bear the flooring cost of garage even though society Pipe and cable is passing through their garage and maintaineance is reqd or Should society bear the whole cost of the ground floring ?

please guide

Registration of FIR under DP3

Respected sir,
I have filed a case in the court under 156(3) for registering FIR in the sdaid matter on 1/10/2008. On the same day hon'ble court plead to pass the direction SHO to submit the ATR wheather FIR is registered or not. After lot of excuses the ATR was submitted by IO on 31/10/08 and kept for consderation and after the argument on the said matter twice, the hon'ble court satisfied and told me that on 10.2.09 , the order will be passed for registering FIR. but next day i came to know that ATR submiitted by the IO was incomplete and Hon'ble agin order to submit the ATR and IO is to be present in person on 16/4/2009 with ATR.
IO did not comply the direction of the court more then five times even after the four summoned were issued to him.
I prayed the hon'ble court about his absence too. IO is in tentionally not attending the court. Kindly suggest what further action should i take.

Thanking you
