I had lodged a complaint of tax evasion with DGIT (Inv) Ahmedabad last year. Now I wanted to know the status of my complaint through RTI to DGIT. The Director forwarded the application to Deputy Director with whom the matter was lying . Now the DD has rejected my application citing Provision of Section 26 of RTI Act read with Schedule. 2 that list organization exempted form RTI Act. Govt even provides reward to informant. How can I know the status of my complaint.

My friend want to take loan for building house. He muslim by religion. In his property documents his name is written as 'Md.abc', in aadhar his name is 'abc' and in his pan card name is 'Mohamed.abc'. Hence the bank is not agreeable to give loan because of mismatch in name. My question is whether their rejection is valid and whether Md. is mandatory in all documents.

My query is that my father does medical business along with his 4 brothers in the shop that is on the name of my grand mother.
I have applied for income certificate in which i have opted income from other sources, as the shop is not on my fathers name .

Dear friends, it is not easy to enrolled in TN bar council. Particularly other state LLB students. I.T. issue is big one and the next those who working people. Or you have any civil case or criminal case pending. Don’t go and knock the door. TN bar council kept pending those candidate and collecting money legally but in the illegal manners. Pending cases may wait for two years and more. So ur all future Advocates. Respect is important. Don't waste your time and money. You can enrolled at anywhere in India. Ex. Delhi, andra. Kerala. Hello I have recently learnt that the a lot of private companies use specific confidentiality clauses restricting it's employees to openly discuss about salary within one another. My query is whether this is allowed or is it voidable or void ab initio as this completely defeats the purpose of wage and pay equality for the same role and hours. Any suggestions or advice will be helpful, thanks.

Hello,
We are in a situation where we need some advice around the family huf law. To describe more the Karta of the family Huf has transferred the complete money into his wife's account without any prior notice or intimation to the huf members. The reason for the transaction is unknown and the karta is in denial of such transfer.
But as an evidence the transaction amount is clearly visible on the HUF statement along with beneficiary name details.
Can this we call this as illegal and cheating?
In such case, what are the next actions we can take to recover the the amount which is meant for family wealth and welfare as a whole unit. Can we claim for dissolving the Huf and distributing the amount among the members.

Gpa holder representative of member
Dear Experts,
I am the president of a cooperative housing society. One of the members bought a flat through GPA. He never attends any AGM or involves in any society matter. His sister though is a persistent headache for the whole society. She is loud, volatile, extremely argumentative and causes extreme nuisance. It is a regular practice for her to make regular complaints to police about managing committee and residents. She is neither an associate member, nominal member or has any share in property.
Recently, she got her brother who is the member to issue a GPA in her name to represent him in society and to ask questions to committee. Kindly note that brother resides here only and is always available.
Is such a representation valid? Can the management committee refuse to acknowledge or accept it.
The GPA isn't registered either
