How do i transfer share certificate/annexure ii

Hi
Could any one tell me,
We had transfer the property from father's names to mother's name.
We had done the registration at Mumbai registration office.
in the format of stamp duty and registration on behalf of gift deed.

Wanted to know - How do we transfer the name on share certificate and annexure II.
What is steps ?
Whats should follow do get it done.
what is role of housing society have.

1. Since the Flat is in Mumbai, you may submit the following to the Society, alongwith Covering letter:
a) Notarized Copy of the Gift Deed
b) Bye Law Prescribed form no. 4, 21, 23
c) Membership Entrance Fees of 100/- and Membership Transfer Fees of 500/-. No Share Transfer Premium (25000/-) or any other amount is payable
d) Original Share Certificate

2. Normally, the Society should Transfer Membership within a month.

3. Property is already Transferred. What optionally remains is Transfer of Membership.
