False affidavit

Accused had an FIR agaisnt them quashed u/s 482 by filing false affidavit..
What can i do to bring this filing of false affidavit to be punished?

You file an application before the High court in the same Cr.O.P. about the fraud played upon the court and seek recall of the said order of quashing.

I can tell you that fraud will not be tolerated by any court and you shall succeed if you are able to prove the fraud

Yes fraud is now allowed. but first you have to prove how the fraud has resulted since you must have been heard.

Move an application supported with your affidavit and proofs of fraud before High Curt in the same matter and pray for recalling the order passed with strict action against deponent accused.
