my company filed a case against us charging 72/379/34, they forcefully asked me and my senior to give in written that we have shared the contact details of their clients.
they hacked our email id,whatsapp and kept our personal mobiles with them. the anticipatry bail is rejected, we have decided to surrender.the API says that 408 may take u to jail for 7 yrs. plz guide us, we r civil engineers and company want to spoil our career.

the news also came into local newspapers,they also didnt gave last month's salary and forcefully asked us to sign on cash vouchers that our salary is clear.

they were not allowing us to come back home, and asked us to write else they'll call police.we were in fear

contact a lawyer personally with all documents.
if AB rejected by the HC then file before SC with an application of stay on arrest.

the bail rejected bcoz of lawyer only, he has shaked hands with my company....when i m calling him he is using bad /foul words...how to trust lawyer...i just want to know that what steps we must take.....

can we directly surrender and then the police will take us to court and we can take a regular bail?

Have you been member of employee's/Trade Unions e.g. CITU/INTUC/AITUC/BMS etc....?
You must approach a senior lawyer/Law Firm ASAP.
Record everything (audio/visual/witnesses) etc......including the threats/abuses by the lawyer.....

you have to move SC if your AB is rejected

Change your Advocate and Try for AB in appropriate Court it self and You would get it.No Need to go to Supreme Court For This and Till then Be Safe and at least Now Choose a Good Advocate.
