I am facing, 498a, divorce and manintiaence case where wife demanded x amount for alleged cruelty committed.
now I have got a call from police station she has filed a new complaint stating that I am misusing our orkut/email account.
as per the allegation communicated by police, I have put photo on orkut which anyone can download. Also, I am misusing her id.
I had last used this id in 2011 Jan and I have not uploaded any picture after divorce and 498a case was filed.
Orkut timeline can prove that, second I have not posted by obsense or vulgur picture of my wife.
picture in orkut were uploaded by her and me when she was with me.
Is it time barred to file complaint after 2 year
What is jursitation of case, I am in delhi and she is in kerala.
Based on previous 498a experience police does not do any investigation and record whatever girl has to say.
what are my option.

it is allged husband is abstaining from physical relationship due to dowry demand not met, earlier charge mention husband was impotent never had relationship with wife.
when i challenged them to undergo medical test, they have change charge to husband avoid having physical relationship because is dowry demand not met.
and wife had force him to consumulate the marriage.
and there were lot of instance of bedroom failure.
all the charge are false, but how can husband prove the truth, when wife is saying he is potent, but avoid relationship

previous divorce petion was withdrwan in june due to amendement to orginal divore petion was not granted.
wife has filed a new divorce petion, with additional charges.
statement in chargesheet, orignal divorce petion, amendment petion and new petion are contriditary to each other.
Can husband use these contridition for arugment and cross question. or since new divorce petion is filed, scope of questioning is limited to new divorce petion.
Criminal case is still pending after chargesheet and due next year. right now i am on bail.

if an application under 340 crpc is requested by husband , if accepted is this case between state and wife. or bw husband and wife.

in criminal case what forsenic test can show if picture is unedited.
picture i have as time stamp associated with, what test i can request court if opposite party challenge the picture as secondary evidence,

accused of treating wife as maid, not given food and demanding dowry on marriage date
I have lot of picture taken from digtal camera, which wud show how couple stayed with each other and how happy they were.
But everytime i have transfered pictured from camera memory stick to computer. and picture is no longer available in memory stick.
would this picture be considered as evidence or they cannot be shown in court of law.

can confilting statement give by wife in family court and chargesheet be used against her.
I want to use statement used by her in family court and criminal court be used in other court.
is there restication as per law , which prevent use of statemetn.

Case start
divorce case would start in next few week.
She had first filled divorce case in 2012 Jan, latter filed a amendment then withdraw case.
Fileed a new case which is contrast to what was mentioned earlier, I have submitted my counter application in court denying all charges
Request you to help me understand what is the next procedure. When do i need to produce document and witness list. Is by law i required to present it before hearing start and girl make statement or I can submit after girl make statement.
What are the process in family court.
