Abstaining from physical relationship due to dowry

it is allged husband is abstaining from physical relationship due to dowry demand not met, earlier charge mention husband was impotent never had relationship with wife.

when i challenged them to undergo medical test, they have change charge to husband avoid having physical relationship because is dowry demand not met.
and wife had force him to consumulate the marriage.
and there were lot of instance of bedroom failure.

all the charge are false, but how can husband prove the truth, when wife is saying he is potent, but avoid relationship

As the plea of wife is contradictory both times so raise all such questions from her during her cross-examination and make her statement only as your defence. Only cross-examination is the sole method to falsify the claim of your wife in the given facts.
