Dear experts,
I have filed transfer of divorce case filed by my husband to my city in high Court. Can I ask for cost of transfer case from my husband in the same petition?

Respected experts,
my divorce case(filed by husband) is in counselling stage. we have filed for transfer which is pending, still the case is ongoing and the stay application is just ignored and the dates are being given every 5 to 6 days once.
i want to file for maintenance but my lawyer says since i'm highly educated i wont get it. but i want to challenge on the fact that it is harming my right to food and shelter. is it possible and where would i have to file it as a fundamental right?
secondly, i want to file dv but my lawyer says since 1 year we are not living together it will be time barred but the fact remains that my husband has threw me out of the house.
is there anything i can do about the above?

In cruelty case respondent wife had sent email to the husband's company I d following 'sir my husband working in your company has not contacted me or replied. Is he back from his official trip? Is he doing fine. Pl let me know as I'm worried'. The husband in his petition for divorce under cruelty has stated 'since a mail has been sent to company email the petitioner was told to resign from the company to avoid damage to his reputation'. I'm the respondent. My lawyer unable to help me on this. Please help how to defend

In 24hma case my husband says I should take free legal aid. He has filed for divorce under cruelty. I have previously worked in it company but after I left 4years back I'm jobless. Presently I work on daily wages at less than 100per day coz I did not get any other job. His income is 55000 per month. Is it maintenance deniable? What should I reply?

My husband threw me out of the house for want of money(earlier) and then filed a complaint against me and my parents. The police did not consider our side at all.
We were not given copy of the complaint. Then I filed an rti and after 3 months I received SOME docs today.
His complaint under "domestic violence, inhuman treatment and mental harassment"
-that I am sadistic, mentally and physically unfit to be married and impotent
-that my dad and my relatives have threatened him
-that the same he had informed his hr and after that I wrote to his company
-that co told him your family matters have reached co so you must resign.
Further, although I had asked specifically for ALL the docs copies, they have only sent his complaint xerox copy and nothing else like closure report. Also the day they had called us to the police station his complaint was hand-written. Now his complaint is printed copy with his signature.they have not mentioned the complaint no.
1.Does it mean that the matter is still under investigation? How can I obtain the remaining?
2.Appreciate any interpretation of his complaint also.
3.Can I make use of Rti to obtain any more info about this?
4.Please guide me to proceed further

husband called me a prostitute in court
Sir,
Husband called me a prostitute In court. He said he will pay for the no of days he spent with me. The judge did not record it nor she allowed me to speak. I'm completely hurt by this.
Thereafter I asked for mediation. She said "oh I'm sorry I completely forgot and passed For objections" she said.
What can I do about this?
