Father's property was sold by Daughter in 1995, Without the knowledge of Father & sale deed was executed by daughter via Notarized Power of attorney
( POA was fake does not have witness, seal notary does not hav register number of advocate, Signature of notary advocate is fake).
After 20 year again i.e 2015 Father again gifted the property to Daughter and Daughter again gifted the property to her daughter again,
Note - Person who had sale deed from daughter did not pay tax or transferred khata till 2020, will this sale deed executed via notarized POA valid in 1995.
Now whether Sale deed sustains or gift deed !!

1. Brother gave a notary GPA to sister.
2. Sister with notary GPA sold a property to 3rd party via registered sale deed (brother did not know the transaction)
Is notary GPA vaild to sale or register the property.
3. after 23 years brother transferred the property to sister via gift deed.
4. now sister in possession of property and paid all katha,tax and plan.
note : 3rd party not in possession and does not hav katha

I Have loan of 18lakh home loan in Bajaj finance, I have bounced 4 EMI, even Bajaj finance sent notice for recovery.
Problem is that there is dowry case running in court only summons has issued against me from my wife. My wife has occupied my house illegally.
Now I am staying with my parents’ house now.
I thought of starting divorce case after selling my house. During this time she has put temporary injection order and OS number has been issued against the property.
So that I cannot sell the property
Can I remove the injection order to sell my property. How can I do to remove the injection order.
What can I do to sell my house before I start the divorce case. I do not want to give single rupee to my wife

I had taken personal Loan in Qatar of 40 laks in 2014 and paid 10 installment and now outstanding is 31 lak. i got lost job in qatar due to oil price and i came back to india. i used 40 lak to buy house in bangalore, which i took and got registerd, Now i thought to selling house and settle the loan. now I am getting calls from bank people as i have missed 5 installment to pay immediately. But now property which i got is not clear and having issue, i am not able to sell the property due to litigation consulted lawyer he says its difficult to sell it & will take time. now i dont have job in india and still searching. Bank is not ready to give any time not settlement. they are asking full amount or continuew the EMI 1 lak everymonth. can you please advice on this matter. Can qatar bank people can take any legal action in india. i have not signed any bank document when i was in qatar, i got the loan as per my salary also i paid 1 lak for insurance for loan (i am not sure about insurance details for what they took 1 lak). I i am not getting call from recovery agency from india.

I have purchased a house in bangalore number is 105 and next my house there is another house its also 105, but both are registred document,even katha also says 105, only the owner are diffrent, will there be any problem, how do i change the house number of my doucment in sale deed and what is the process.

1. A owner created a WILL on the property in1981 on minor childern B and they attained major in 2000.
2. Same property was sold in 1997 via registered sale deed through notary GPA to C.
3. A Died in 2015, in Family partition was done again property was gifted to D.
Now case filed All B, C and D are in court, who will get the property. kindly advice
